This is the fusion pokemon #148: Leoshi
This Pokémon does not have an Evolution

The fusion is from Mew and Raichu - Fusion suggested by MREcartoonist
This fusion's main body is from Mew, including the pink and blue colours on both the shiny and non shiny, the ears, tail and blackish parts are from Raichu, aswell as the colours of the yellow in the ears and tail on both shiny and non shiny.

#148: Leoshi is a Flying/Electric type pokemon, this legendary Pokémon can be found in the deepest and darkest forest of the region.

A playful creature, though when Leoshi becomes angry it can cause thunderstorms and tornadoes all over the world
